emails creating

I am looking for someone to create a one-time promotional 1000 emails for me. I do not have any special branding guidelines for the email, but I do have general brand guidelines that provide some guidance. I am open to creative suggestions for designing the email message. The purpose of the email is to provide promotional information to my customers.
