communications marketing and funding

We need someone to help communicate the value and benefits to our key stakeholders, potential clients, and customers. We currently have adhoc social media, newsletters and other marketing activity. We need somebody who is in New Zealand and knows how to communicate and who to communicate with in New Zealand. We also need someone who can apply for funding from community funding sources
