advertising in pinterest

I'm looking into expanding advertising my Etsy shop on multiple platforms to drive more offsite traffic. I need some assistance setting up the ad conversions using google tag manager. I'm currently using Etsy's Ad campaign to promote my listings, and I would like to explore Advertising on Pinterest or any other platforms that's fit for my shop.
