We are looking for freelancers to create high quality backlinks to our youtube channel. We are looking for high quality and high volume backlinks that will provide organic views. We are NOT looking for fake traffic, if we find that you are providing fake traffic, you will not only be reported, but also we will take legal action towards you.

Again, each submission must be providing value. We will NOT accept spammy submissions by just posting links. Each submission must provide a value answer to where it is submitted. Whether its on quora, reddit, facebook etc. So the submission of the video must be in the context of providing an value answer.
So how should a submission look like?
Example: We have over 250 videos on health. For example we have a video called "Instant Headache Relief in Seconds with Self Massage Technique", we want you to take the video and go to for example to "Quora.com", look for topics related to the title for the video, offer a 250-400 word response and attach the video there as reference. That would be regarded as 1 submission and you would then be rewarded 1.5$ for that.
We want 25 submissions to be done each day for 3 days to test you, you will be rewarded 1.5$ for each submission.
So milestone #1: 25 submissions
So milestone #2: 25 submissions
So milestone #3: 25 submissions
We want a report on your submissions for each milestone, and each valid submission will be rewarded with 1.5$. The submission must not be removed for atleast 2 months, otherwise submission is discarded.
If we find that you are providing high quality submissions for the first 3 milestones, we are willing to hire you on a long term basis and your rate will increase to 2$ per submssion, and we would ask for 40 submissions each day. So there is huge potential for a lot of money to be made.
