Youtube Video Ad Setup Optimized for Link Clicks

Hello, I need someone who is good at making a Youtube video display ad that can get affordable CPV with the goal of getting link clicks.

I am attempting to sell an online course to a webinar style funnel. So please have experience with running advertisements to digital products.

I have my account setup and my youtube linked as well as the youtube video ad created. All I need is someone to come in and set up the targeting.

I am also willing to recreate the video ad if you have any suggestions for driving more clicks.

I am currently trying to test a new sales funnel I created so, I am not expecting any sales. I
am only trying to drive enough traffic to my website to get some data on my metrics.

Therefore I only want to run the campaign for a short while as test. Unless of course it begins to make sales from the start.
