Youtube SEO and thumbnail creation for channel

We are currently looking for a skilled person that can maximize our youtube SEO for our channel, and a thumbnail creator.
We have a portfolio of over 200 videos as of this moment, and we are planning to produce 400+ videos per month. So we are looking for a long term collaboration.

We are looking for:
*) Increasing SEO for all of our videos. This to be achieved by optimizing title, description, tags and also backlinks for our channel.
*) We are ONLY looking for ORGANIC traffic. We have a way to discover fake traffic directed to our channel, and if we find out any freelancer is sending us fake traffic we will take legal actions. We demand a signed agreement on this to be signed from the freelancer upon accepting the project.
*) Creating thumbnails for our videos.
Again, we are only looking to maximize our channel growth ORGANICALLY. We will not accept fake deliverance of traffic or otherwise.
As we will be producing huge volumes of videos every month we are looking for long term relationships.
