Youtube SEO and Watchtime -- 4

I need to grow my channel for monetization. I already have 900+ subscriber and 1800+ watch hours. Just need to complete the 4000 watch hours. So basically the job is to give me 10 real subscribers and around 2200 hours of watchtime. My total budget is 1600 INR and payment will be in 4 milestones. Each milestone will be created and released after every 550 watch hours completed. . Don't ask to create or release any milestones before that. Only those who agree with these conditions please bid.
