YouTube Page Manager -- 3

I am in the need of a YouTube Page Manager for 2 separate pages. I've posted this before but I'm having a hard time finding a proper fit. I don't want fake followers and views. It will grow organically but we will also need you to do ads to grow this page. You should be able to follow our directions but also come up with ideas on how to grow our page (you are the expert after all)
We will provide most of the content but if you are in the same page and are clear on what wec want other content could be posted by you. And we may want to market our content on other social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram

We can provide a starting base pay, but as we grow you will grow so future pay will get higher if results are working.

Tasks:
- Channel optimization
- Ad creation

Style/Theme:
- Client has a specific style or theme for their channel

Content Posting Frequency:
- 2 to 3 times a week

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in YouTube channel optimization
- Proficiency in video editing and thumbnail design
- Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms and best practices
- Creative mindset to align with the client's specific style/theme
- Ability to consistently deliver high-quality content on a 2 to 3 times a week schedule
- Ability to create ads and manage ad campaigns
