• Structure the channel professionally for better viewer experience
• Optimize videos for reach (SEO, keywords, tags)
• Suggest and implement a simple promotion strategy
• Improve engagement (CTR, watch time, consistency)
• Guide us on what content works and what doesn’t
Who we’re looking for:
• Someone who understands YouTube deeply (not theoretical—practical results)
• Has handled or grown a YouTube channel before
• Can take ownership and work independently
• Clear, structured, and execution-focused
