Write an email campaign

I am looking for an experienced, creative and results-driven freelancer to create an email campaign for me. This campaign will be promotional in nature and will have an estimated reach of over 100 contacts. I have existing content and graphics that I would like to include, so I'm looking for someone who can help make my vision come to life. We have been marketing the event for the past 4 weeks and have not gottne much interest
