2. Task Creation
• Create task lists for each service within the client subfolders and assign due dates.
3. Task Assignment
• Assign tasks to team members based on their roles (SEO, Content Creation, Design, etc.).
4. Task Dependencies & Milestones
• Implement basic task dependencies and define project milestones.
5. Time Tracking
• Enable time tracking for tasks where needed.
6. Collaboration
• Set up communication workflows using comments and @mentions; allow client approvals where necessary.
