WordPress Customization & SEO Expert (Website Optimization & Ranking)

We are looking for a skilled WordPress Developer who also has strong knowledge of On-Page and Technical SEO.
Your job will be to optimize our website for speed, performance, and search visibility, ensuring it ranks better for our target keywords.

Responsibilities

Optimize WordPress site speed (Core Web Vitals, caching, image compression, etc.)
Set up and configure SEO plugins (RankMath / Yoast)
Improve keyword rankings and metadata across pages
Manage schema markup, sitemaps, robots.txt, and Google Search Console
Optimize product and blog pages for SEO
Research keywords for our food & FMCG niche
Recommend SEO-friendly content and structure improvements

Requirements

Proven experience with WordPress site customization & SEO
Knowledge of Cloudflare, CDN, caching, and minification
Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, Google My Business, Google Merchants and SEMRush/Ahrefs
Understanding of local SEO for India (Madurai / Tamil Nadu region a plus)
Portfolio of WordPress sites optimized for SEO
