Where is my competitors traffic coming from?

I have a competitor that is having a lot of direct traffic. I have used SEM rush (screenshot attached) and in January 2022 70% of their traffic came 'direct' I need someone to tell me exactly where that traffic came from, social media, referring websites (if so, which websites) This is the competitors website if you want to check it before you send a proposal. https://www.blackmountain.co.uk/
