Wellness Brand Funnel & Content System Specialist -- 3
Budget: $5 – $6 AUD
Looking for Funnel + Content Systems Specialist for Wellness Brand (Part-Time / Growth Opportunity)
I’m supporting a wellness/personal growth brand with an existing audience, a newly filmed high-ticket pre-recorded program, and strong organic interest — but the backend funnel and nurturing systems still need to be built properly. I'm looking to collaborate with a freelancer on this already awarded project. Starting this week. Pay is 5 AUD/hr fixed with room for growth as the brand grows.
We’re looking for someone strategic but also execution-focused who can help simplify and operationalize the customer journey from lead → nurture → webinar → conversion.
Current goals:
• Increase conversions from existing warm leads
• Build a simple but effective funnel ecosystem
• Create sustainable systems that continue generating leads/sales consistently
• Support webinar-based conversions
• Improve content strategy and short-form traffic generation
Areas of support may include:
• Funnel strategy + setup
• Webinar funnel workflows
• Email nurture sequences
• WhatsApp nurture/follow-up ideas
• CRM organization
• Retargeting flow strategy
• Content planning for reels/shorts
• Editing or organizing short-form content
• Landing/sales page optimization feedback
• Automation recommendations
The ideal person:
• Understands online coaching/wellness/personal brand businesses
• Has experience with webinar funnels and high-ticket offers
• Understands emotional buyer psychology and nurturing
• Can think strategically but also execute
• Comfortable working with imperfect/in-progress systems
• Organized, proactive, and communicative
• Familiar with tools like Kajabi, ConvertKit, GoHighLevel, Mailchimp, Zapier, Canva, Meta Ads, etc. (not all required)
This is intentionally starting lean while we focus on generating immediate momentum and closing a few additional clients first. If things go well, there’s strong long-term growth potential as the systems expand.
