Website Launch/Initial Marketing

I need someone expert (Marketing All Rounder) who can see more than SEO/ Google Ads and can give me comprehensive plan and execution help for next 8 weeks.
Now to Aug 15 - Launch Readiness - Review site, suggest changes and do pre launch tasks
Aug 15-Oct 15 - Week over week plan/tasks for 8-9 weeks

Focus: Raise awareness about my service in USA only - I don't care for world. If you can suggest innovative / creative way to market so more people can see our site with less $$/cost, it will be desirable.

I will select and award this project in 3 steps:
1) Bid quality - If you hear from me, it means your bid was complete, accurate, custom (not copy and paste) and your bid amount was in line. Don't ask me for budget and don't give me placeholder bid
2) We will chat - I will share my website and I will ask you basic questions (3 issues you see or 3 things we may need to do ASAP or 3 things we should do in week #1, etc). Based on this I will select and award. I might also ask for one paragraph of write up so I can see your English quality.
3) I award and you deliver plan in 48 hours and we execute based on that plan from now to Oct 15.
