Website Analytics: User Behavior & Traffic

I'm looking for an expert to help me analyze my website's user behavior and traffic sources. My primary areas of interest are:
- User behavior: Specifically, I'd like to understand at which point customers are abandoning the checkout process.
- Traffic sources: Understanding where my visitors are coming from and the effectiveness of those sources in driving conversions.
Use the analytics to improve my website functionality in order to gain more customers.
The ideal candidate for this project will have extensive experience in web analytics, with a particular focus on e-commerce sites. Skills in using analytics tools like, Hotjar, or similar are a must. A background in behavioral psychology or user experience design would be a plus.
I am particularly focused on:
- Identifying the point of checkout abandonment
- Understanding the effectiveness of different traffic sources
