Virtual Online Marketing Assistant

I am an online marketing consultant.I am looking for someone who can handle most of the work needed to set up online marketing ad accounts, handle creative freelancers, etc.I prefer STRONG ENGLISH skills! I need someone with several years experience.This will be part time hourly to start, with a full time weekly salary after 60-90 days.
