Virtual Assistant (Online Marketing) -- 2
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I am looking for someone with specific skills/characteristics to be a virtual assistant for my online marketing business. Currently I hire people on freelancer/fiverr etc to do individual tasks, but still end up having to do (or fix) too much of it myself. I would like someone who is able to do the majority of the work that I do so that I become free to take on more clients. The following skills are necessary:
1) Perfect English grammar (will need to proof and/or edit content created by others)
2) Basic proficiency in HTML & Wordpress (able to edit enough to fix sloppy work from others in HTML, queue posts, add functionality via plugins, and troubeshoot issues in WP)
3) Basic SEO/SEM knowledge (overseeing linkbuilding etc)
4) Hard worker. This one is important. I work hard, and need to know that you will as well. I also need to know that if I rely on you to get things done, they will happen in a timely fashion, and without my continuous oversight.
5) Honest. After a trial period, I will be progressively trusting you with access to many of my own and client tools and accounts. Once we get to that point, you will need to provide personal background information and references so that I am able to rely on your not abusing that trust.
No agencies please, I will be working with, and trusting an individual directly, not all of that persons employees as well.
IMPORTANT: Please only apply if you live in a region where the cost of living is low enough to make a good living with what I can offer. I would like a long term relationship, and don't want anyone feeling like they cannot live on what they are being paid.
COMPENSATION: For the first few months, this will be on an hourly basis, until we can see that it is a good fit for both parties. I can gradually provide more work as trust is built, and then there will be an opportunity to bump up to a salary (around $750/month USD give or take depending on how much of the work I still have to do).
