Viral Social Media Growth Operator (Multiple Accounts)

We are looking for a highly skilled social media growth operator who already runs or has experience managing multiple social media accounts from one system.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
• Running and maintaining multiple social media accounts from a single workstation
• Using virtual browser environments or equivalent systems to safely manage accounts
• Finding viral clips and content efficiently every day
• Posting and scheduling short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
• Testing hooks, captions, and formats to improve reach
• Growing accounts organically through algorithm-friendly strategies
• Maintaining account safety and avoiding platform flags

The ideal candidate already has experience with:
• managing multiple Instagram or TikTok accounts
• anti-detect browsers or virtual browser environments
• proxy management
• viral clip sourcing systems
• short-form content distribution
• theme pages or meme pages
• scaling accounts to large audiences
If you already operate a network of theme pages or hub pages, that’s a major plus.
