Vietnamese Marketing Emails for SAAS (Cooperative job)

Looking for a freelancer to write and design emails (in Vietnamese) targeting the Vietnamese market that are currently paying users of Zoom software to either 1) renew their Zoom software subscription 2) gather feedback and set up meetings where my company can provide more customized solutions for the Zoom client. If the first project is successful, we can have a long term collaboration where I would need your help on monthly newsletters to have a continuous engagement with the Zoom clients.
