Videographer Who Can Manage Creative Process

I'm looking to bring someone on Part Time to start, but hopefully quickly it turns into something Full Time as things get moving.

I created a Brand called: @TwiceTheSpeed in 2009.

I have since created multiple Companies all based on Marketing (Lead Gen, Product Launches, Celebrity/Pro Athlete Marketing, Content, CRO - "Conversion Rate Optimization" )...One of my Companies spends North of $100k/daily on advertising (internal money - not an agency model).

I finally want to start my own Personal Brand after many conversations with myself on "IF" I should do it. I will first briefly explain who I am, then I will explain who I am looking for "IDEALLY".

I'm Jack Cascio...I've posted hundreds of YT videos over the years for @TwiceTheSpeed, and I've generated 10's of Millions of Dollars all Online. I've worked with/developed relationships with many large Influencer/Youtubers:

Amongst others...

But my proudest Biz moment is actually housing 3 of my former interns at my House - all of which have been successful Entrepreneur's at Young Ages (Early 20's).

Intern 1 - launched gyms in his Hometown at 20 years old (his Dream) and has been doing it ever since.

Intern 2 - graduated from an Ivy League School and went on to create and sell workouts online + various successful product launches in the Crypto Space.

Intern 3 - Started an advertising company that has generated Millions.

I have lately been searching for "what's next" as most of my projects are being handled by a small team who I trust deeply.

Who I am looking for:

- Someone who is Hungry and willing to make this their Baby along with me.
- Someone who is dependable and shows up on time.
- Someone who wants to join something at an early stage because they believe in the project, but more importantly are patient enough to enjoy the process.
- Someone who values long term success over short term wins.
- Someone who is eagerly learning on their own to continue to develop their craft.
- Someone who will voice their opinions
- Someone with humility, curiosity, and a competitive nature.
- Someone who values Process just as much or more than Money
- Someone who has experience managing an entire creative process and is very organized
- Someone who is ready to get learn a ton, work hard, and have fun
- Someone who can work remotely on their own (but is also willing to travel if needed) *Preferably we find someone in Chicago, but if you're a Rockstar, we can figure something out.

The Plan:

1. Film a piece of Content for YT

2. Edit the Content into palatable creatives for each platform (Twitter, YT Shorts, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, Instagram, Instagram Story, Linked In)

3. Manage the Comments, DM's, and Messages and reports to me what they're seeing and the direction we should move more into.

This is the HIGH LEVEL idea of what I want to do. I have posted Consistent Content in the past, and it typically takes a long time to really gain traction, so patience is a must.
