We are seeking a skilled User Acquisition Manager (Mobile) with a focus on Latin America to help us expand into new international markets. This role offers the potential for full-time engagement following a successful pilot project.
Key Responsibilities
Launch and manage advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook, and TikTok; experience with Apple Search Ads is a plus.
Drive creative marketing initiatives, experiment with new formats, and discover unique user acquisition strategies.
Manage campaign effectiveness, striving to meet ambitious KPIs (CPI, CPA, ROAS), and continuously seek improvement.
Develop media strategies that inspire clients and deliver exceptional results.
Collaborate with teams across analytics and development to implement bold projects.
Monitor trends, identify growth opportunities, and explore potential scaling strategies.
Qualifications
Proven experience in mobile marketing with both standard and innovative promotion channels.
Strong capability in campaign management and hands-on experience building them.
Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets, especially for managing large datasets.
Ability to identify growth opportunities for mobile products using paid and organic strategies.
Knowledge of mobile marketing tools like Appsflyer and Adjust.
Fluent in English (C1 level) and conversational Spanish, with a deep understanding of LatAm market trends.
Enthusiastic about running experiments and testing hypotheses in marketing.
