Unblock google ads campaign

Once upon conducting a companyadvertising campaign, Google Ads blocked any future campaigns by saying we were violating some policy (they did not inform us of which policy it was) Is there a way to get this unblocked? We have tried to go through customer service etc, but it doesn’t work. we could create a new campaign but upon detecting company website that is linked to the campaign, we think it might get blocked again.

We think the reason the campaign was blocked last time was that we were in violation of using capital letters/ numbers in the subject line of the campaign. We now know our mistake, so we don’t really need help to set up another campaign, rather we need to get this unblocked!
