We are a relatively new cryptocurrency investment and research firm looking to run ads on Twitter. However, Twitter has made our account ineligible due to violating business practices.
To be clear, we are not promoting any tokens, coins, or NFTs. We are simply posting news, articles, research, and insights.
We contacted Twitter before running ads to confirm our business practices, what we do and what we would like to post and promote. We also ensured we only targeted countries where cryptocurrency ads are legal. We did receive confirmation that we can run ads, only to be blocked immediately after posting.
One reason for being denied ads was that a 'user associated with your account is ineligible to participate in the Twitter Ads program.'
Unfortunately, customer support is vague and has not given us a specific answer other than the accounts had multiple 'red flags'.
We seek a Twitter expert who can decipher the contact we have had with Twitter and create a new profile eligible to run ads.
