Key Responsibilities:

- A script for calls to guide conversations and ensure key selling points are communicated.
- Training sessions to equip you with necessary product knowledge and sales techniques.

- Speak spanish
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales, particularly in the travel industry, is a plus.
- Ability to engage with families and understand their travel needs.
- Proficiency in following a script while maintaining a natural conversation flow.
The primary target demographic is multi-generational families. The primary objective of each sales call is to close the sale. Targeting calls to families internationally. Each call is expected to last between 10-15 minutes. Each sales call should aim to close an immediate sale. Calls should be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes. Each telemarketer is expected to make 30-50 calls per day. A CRM system will be provided to track call outcomes and manage leads. Telemarketers should make calls during peak hours for higher engagement. Peak calling hours should be based on Eastern Standard Time (EST).
