I’m building an outbound phone campaign and need seasoned tele-sales talent who live and breathe cold calling. Your core mission is simple: turn a vetted list of prospects into qualified, sales-ready leads that my closers can pick up the moment they land in our CRM.

You should already be comfortable dialing cold, winning attention in the first 10 seconds, probing for needs, and securing permission to pass the prospect to our team. Because lead generation is the sole focus, upselling, cross-selling, and objection handling beyond the initial cold call are not part of the scope right now.

I’ll supply the prospect list, a brief pitch deck, and CRM access. You bring a clear phone line, fluent English, and the energy to hit consistent daily call volumes.

Deliverables I will measure:
• A steady flow of qualified leads entered in the CRM with complete contact details and discovery notes
• Daily call log and connection rates so we can refine messaging in real time
• End-of-week summary outlining what resonated, what didn’t, and any suggested script tweaks
