Tele caller for processing lead

I'm seeking a motivated lead generation specialist to help Nests India, a growing fintech company, access instant personal loans for students, gig workers, and MSMEs through innovative credit scoring models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads using social media, email marketing, and search engine marketing.
- Create and share educational content to attract potential customers.
- Maintain and update CRM tools with lead details.
- Follow up with leads via phone, email, WhatsApp, etc.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead quality.
- Meet weekly and monthly lead generation and sales targets.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or tele-calling.
- Strong communication skills (English and Hindi; other Indian languages are a plus).
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven.
- Passionate about fintech and financial inclusion.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
