I am looking for a targeting and SMM specialist to make customers aware of my relocation platform and promote it on the market. The platform is Live since April 1st, 2022.

What is Relobay:
Relobay is the first online platform that connects relocation consultants with people who need help in settling in Germany. Our purpose is to make the relocation process simple and affordable. As a client you get instant pricing, see ratings of consultants, and can safely make payments without agency fees. As a consultant, you increase your client base, earn more, and get paid fast.
On the platform, I have two kinds of customers, Relocation Consultants and Clients ( people who want to move to Germany ). Relocation consultants are German locals. Clients are from everywhere, speaking different languages.
It is important that you, as a specialist, speak German and English, in order to do the German market research and create hashtags in English.
Targeting Requirements:
- Creating and setting up a pixel for the site, setting up events to track conversions
- Recommendations for selling (website, Instagram profile)
- Target audience analysis and segmentation
- Analysis of competitors in my niche and their advertisements
- Development of advertising strategy, and sales funnel
- Development of advertising offers and texts
- Creation of advertising models for each target audience
- Launch of advertising campaigns on Instagram and others
- Tracking of advertising results and optimization to improve results
- Written report of results
SMM Requirements:
- creating of content ( photo, video etc )
- design ( creating of banners, stories, reals, animations )
- writing posts, reals,
