Niche SaaS company competing against some industry niche titans w/ new competition coming each day. Very good product that's been on the market that we've never marketed and now looking to spend less on development and now on marketing and gaining a user base. Feel like we've hit a wall as unsure what and how to do it. System is 1000% scalable and could apply to other markets besides the events industry. We offer booking, quoting, payments, invoices and many other features.

Pretty sure we'll need an integrated plan before changing anything.
