Spotify Playlist Promotion

We are a band based in London, who've just released our first album to excellent reviews. We play a combination of Brazilian samba and British indie. We're looking for a freelancer to find contact details for user-generated Spotify Playlists that our music would suit, and then email those playlists, hoping to get our music included. We would prepare a fairly standard approach email. We would be looking for somebody who would be happy to send lots of emails. A knowledge of the kind of music we're doing would be useful to identify playlists, but not essential, as we could help with that.
