The sought-after person for this assignment should have a background in sales or marketing, particularly within the toy industry such as die-cast models. A true understanding of the market for collectible toys and experience targeting adult consumers is vital. Incremental sales and exposure generated for similar products in the past would be highly beneficial for this roles. My website is complete. I just need someone to be about to set up the right keywords for people to buy through my Google Shopping account without too much waste in clicks! However, that is what "shopping" is for: so they can see the image before they click!
As we do well, I also would like e-mail marketing. But for now the able is fine.
My budget is from $500 to $1000 a month. I am sure that can be arranged because he has been done before twice. There is no need for design of the website because I am happy with it. I just want sales! At the beginning it will take more time to do the trials and errors but as the selected words become more accurate for my target audience, the amount of time should decrease. I am scared to do by hour because I might be cheated. I would not be sure if the person is really working or not. So, I would suggest, if we are doing well and not need so much effort for upkeep; be honest. Then I can assign the next task if needed. Or you can make money elsewhere. I want us to work together and make handsome amount of money!
One way around this is that you all just need to work 2 or 3 hours a day for the first 2 weeks. For the first week maybe 4 would be ideal. After a while, one or two hours a day would be great. If the sales remain well, one would be fine just to check daily. If sale dip slightly then there is still 45 minutes to tweak the keywords used. If need more time, then more money given. However, in general, upkeep is easier and cheaper than establishment! That leaves one for other projects that might be more grabbing for the expert.
Lastly, I do not want to be cheated. I had lost $7,000 from a person. Therefore, I am very careful on this as well.
