Social media ongoing -- 2

I am looking to hire someone to create and manage an ongoing social media campaign for my business. I currently use Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn for 2 companies and have existing creative assets to work with. My target demographic is adults (25-54). I'm looking for an experienced freelancer who can develop a comprehensive and strategic social media plan that will help boost my brand presence on these platforms and grow engagement with potential customers. The freelancer must also be able to provide ongoing management by creating content, optimizing posts for the various platforms, engaging with followers and responding to customer inquiries. I'm looking for quality work and am willing to invest in robust social media optimization to achieve my goals.
