Social Media platform or Influencer -- 2

Need a forward thinker, someone who thinks outside the box to help elevate our social media and org audiences to greater levels. The subject involves "vaping" or "e-cigarettes" but our focus is on tobacco harm reduction (THR) advocacy.
The advocacy spans several Asian countries, including Australia, New Zealand and into the US. We need greater levels of interaction between the collaterals we have to offer - images, PR, videos, THR information - and to bring greater numbers to all platforms.
If you're up for a challenge, then this is it. We do not want to advertise, we have nothing to sell, moreover and that is not the purpose of this project - we want to build our audiences through social media, our websites and YouTube channel.
