As a key player in our communications and marketing efforts, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging social media content strategies across multiple platforms to enhance brand awareness, drive community interaction, and support key business objectives. What You'll Do:
• Plan, create, and schedule compelling content (text, visuals, video) across 3-5 primary social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter/X, TikTok).
• Manage and analyze social media performance, including engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments), reach, impressions, follower growth, and conversions.
• Monitor brand mentions and social media trends, responding promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.
• Develop and execute social media campaigns and promotions to achieve specific engagement and business goals.
• Utilize social media analytics and insights to inform content strategy, improve posting frequency/timing, and refine messaging.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure consistency and timely communications.
Who You Are:
• Proven experience managing at least one social media channel, showing growth and engagement.
• Strong understanding of social tools (e.g., content calendars, analytics and performance metrics.)
• Excellent command of written, visual, and verbal communication; native English language skills.
• Ability to adapt strategies based on platform trends and audience behavior.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Familiarity with diverse content formats (images, videos, infographics, stories, reels).
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging content that fosters community and brand advocacy.
• Adept at community management and crisis response/communication.
• Proficient with digital image editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, Photoshop/Illustrator basics).
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Experience working in a marketing team and creating projects to pass on to others.

• Experience running paid social media advertising campaigns.
