Social Media Sales Chat Support VA

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Chat Support VA ( Filipino ) to join our remote team. Your main role will be to manage direct messages on a subscription-based platform, engage with fans, and help build strong connections through personalized and engaging conversation.

This is a non-voice, full-time, long-term role with night shift hours (11PM–7AM PH time). Bonus if you’ve worked in chat roles with influencers or creators.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming messages quickly and naturally
• Keep conversations active and engaging
• Follow scripts while adding a personal touch
• Promote content and help increase fan loyalty
• Meet daily/weekly response and conversion goals

Qualifications:
• 6+ months experience in live chat, VA, or support roles
• Strong written English and good grammar
• Fast typing and multitasking skills
• Reliable internet + backup
• Open-minded and confident handling adult-friendly topics
• Can work full-time graveyard shift (PH time)
