Social Media Reels Expert for TQ Lab Series

We are TQ Lab Series – Australian-made 100% halal & natural skincare brand (black seed oil + tea tree oil + castor oil as hero ingredients). We already sell on TikTok Shop Indonesia and want to explode in Indonesia, Malaysia, Brunei & Singapore.We are looking for ONE full-time reel expert (male or female, Muslim preferred) who lives in Indonesia or Malaysia to join our team long-term (minimum 12 months).Your only job:Create & edit 80-120 short videos every month (15–60 sec)
Upload daily to TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, Pinterest, X (Twitter) with appropriate hashtags.
Grow followers fast + drive traffic to TikTok Shop / Shopee / website
All content must be modest, wudhu-friendly, halal-conscious, and feel very health conscious
You must:Be based in Indonesia or Malaysia (we will check)
Already understand black seed oil (habbatus sauda) benefits for skin & hair
Be excellent at CapCut or CapCut Web (we use Zebracat + Canva sometimes)
Know current viral trends in Indonesia & Malaysia (nasheed hooks, transition trends, hijabi beauty hacks, etc.)
Speak Malay/Indonesian fluently (English is a bonus)
Have portfolio of reels that already got 50k–1M+ views (we will ask)
We expect you to provide product photos & AI-generated images
Using Chat Ai or X Grok to create Script templates & trending audio list every week
Monthly bonus if we hit sales target
Working hours: Flexible, but you must post every single day (including weekends if needed).This is full-time employment – not project based.
