My name is Katherine, I work as a TripLeader for the platform JoinMyTrip.
My job is to organize and lead guided and coworking tours all around the globe.
I am looking for an SMM specialist or a Sales specialist to promote my trips on social media (Facebook, Meetup, Slack), speak to potential customers, and set up video calls for me and the client.
Whichever way you do it is up to your own imagination! Within reason, of course.
The structure of your work will be to:
- Create and upload promo posts on Facebook, Meetup, and Slack from my accounts
- Chat with potential customers in comments and direct messages
- Schedule video calls
After that, I will take it from there.
Your payment:
I will pay you 10% of each lent sale. That is, if the tour costs 500 euros per customer, you will receive 50 euros per customer. If the tour costs 1300 euros, you will receive 130 euros per customer, and so on.
The average group size is between 2 and 6 people. Of course, we are both interested in attracting more people rather than less :)
So, to estimate, if you find 5 clients for a tour that costs 1300 euros (which I already have, it's not an imaginary number), your payment will be 650 euros.
It would be nice if our partnership lasted for a long time. However, I will also consider those candidates who are just looking for a one-time gig.
Your experience doesn't matter that much as long as you understand what you need to do and have creative ideas. Trust me, I know what it feels like to look for a job without having solid experience on your resume.
Who knows, maybe I will become the first item in your portfolio ^^
