Job Description
We are looking for a US-based or US-market-focused Social Media Manager to create and maintain social media accounts for LendMesh.com, a financial comparison website that helps users find lower-interest loans from credit unions across the United States.
This role is focused on organic traffic growth, not paid ads.
Our platform is useful only for the USA, so understanding US finance, housing, and loan topics is critical.
Scope of Work
You will create, manage, and grow social media presence across the following platforms:
Platforms
Instagram (Reels + Posts)
TikTok (Short-form videos + Posts)
YouTube Shorts (Short-form videos + posts)
Reddit (Posting & engaging in relevant subreddits)

Key Responsibilities
Create short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) using provided data, ideas, and website content
Post consistently (minimum 10 posts per week across platforms)
Write US-friendly captions focused on:
Mortgage rates
Credit union advantages
Home buying tips
Personal, auto, student, and home-equity loans
Engage naturally in Reddit and Facebook groups (no spam)
Drive traffic back to LendMesh.com
Track basic metrics (views, clicks, engagement)
