Social Media Content Specialist (Remote, Monthly) for Sexual Content -- 5
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
Type: Part-time → Full-time after probation (6 days/week; Sunday off)
Working hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (with 12:00 PM – 12:30 PM lunch). Must be online during shift.
Equipment: Own laptop/PC and reliable internet required. Access to our online workspace (Gather) will be provided.
Location: Remote (applications accepted from outside Pakistan)
Compensation: PKR 20,000 during 1-month probation. After successful probation, revenue share available. 50% of the earning will be shared and you can earning 50k to 100k+ obviously depends on you work, Expected long-term earnings vary with performance.
Job summary
We’re looking for a reliable Social Media Content Specialist to upload approved content to our Facebook accounts, You will needs to manage 100 facebook accounts according to our guides, Needs to create upload videos and links, remeber that videos will be romantic and sexual content as well so when when applying type "I am 100% okay with sexual content". Full training and automation tools will be provided. This is a monthly role with a performance-based revenue share after probation.
Key responsibilities
* Upload and publish pre-approved video and link content supplied by the company.
* Accept the friend requests
* Engage authentically with followers: respond to comments/messages and invite genuinely interested users to follow pages (no deceptive outreach).
* Monitor basic page analytics and report daily/weekly performance (views, engagement, reach).
* Follow company SOPs and the provided onboarding/training materials exactly.
* Attend scheduled check-ins and training sessions during the probation period.
Requirements
* Experience using Facebook (Pages, Groups, basic posting and messaging).
* Comfortable following written processes and automation tools (training provided).
* Reliable internet, laptop/PC, and ability to be online during assigned hours.
* Good written English.
* Willingness to sign an agreement acknowledging compliance with platform policies.
Probation & Compensation
* 1 month probation: fixed pay PKR 20,000.
* After successful probation, you become eligible for a revenue share (example offer: up to 50% of net earnings from accounts you manage exact terms to be outlined in the contract).
* Ongoing performance reviews and potential for higher earnings based on growth metrics.
