As a Shopify Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for setting up, managing, and optimizing our Shopify store and executing online marketing strategies to increase sales. You will work closely with the e-commerce team to enhance the customer experience and expand our product reach.
What will you do?
• Manage the Shopify Store: Ensure the store is always up to date with new products, offers, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop E-commerce Strategies: Implement marketing campaigns and optimize product pages, pricing, and promotions.
• Analysis and Reporting: Analyze the performance of the store, create reports, and propose improvements.
• SEO and Conversion Optimization: Work on improving SEO and ensure a better conversion rate of visitors into customers.
• Social Media and Email Marketing: Manage social media channels and collaborate with the marketing team to create email campaigns that boost sales.
• Customer Service Support: Assist customers with inquiries about products, orders, and any issues that may arise.
What we expect from you:
• A degree in marketing, communication, e-commerce, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience managing a Shopify store and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Familiarity with e-commerce marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Facebook Ads, and SEO optimization.
• Creative, result-oriented, and proactive.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure.
