We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to take on the following weekly responsibilities:

Product Management: Effectively managing product descriptions, images, prices, and inventory, including adding new products, removing outdated ones, and ensuring that all products are up to date.
Order Processing: Efficiently processing orders, printing labels, and ensuring that each order is fulfilled and delivered in a timely manner.
Website Optimization: Optimizing the website for speed and performance, improving its SEO, and creating a better user experience for customers.
Customer Service: Providing top-notch customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing complaints promptly.
Marketing and Promotion: Creating and managing social media accounts, running ad campaigns, and designing email marketing campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitoring the performance of the store, analyzing traffic and sales data, creating reports, and identifying areas for improvement.
Daily Meeting: Conducting a daily meeting with the team for the first couple of weeks, and then weekly thereafter.
To excel in this role, the candidate should have the following key requirements:

Ecommerce expertise and knowledge of market standards for ecommerce sites.
Strong attention to detail in managing products, orders, and website optimization.
Marketing skills, including SEO and Google Ads, to effectively promote the store and attract customers.
Excellent communication skills to handle customer inquiries and complaints.
Technical skills for managing the website and analytics tools.
As part of the job requirements, the candidate will need to provide information about the products to effectively answer customer questions. We will provide the necessary manuals and training to ensure success in this role.
