Shopify Store Development and Marketing Expert Help is Needed

We are a young Shopify store that specialises in silk products like Pillowcases, bedding, sleep-masks, scrunchies.

Our store is built on Shopify. We had a small test run as a dropshipping store for a couple of months. Now we want to take it to the next level with pre-ordered stock. Currently all photos are placeholders, we are working on a proper product photoshoot atm.
We are looking to work with an ecommerce marketing expert or a small team/small agency who can help us to get the project off the ground.
We need expert help with:
Website
SEO
Organic and paid social
All things Google
Influencer
Email
Referral
Affiliate
and everything in between
As I mentioned, we had a small run and some sales generated mainly through affiliate programs on AWIN.
We do know that all the above will need to be rolled out in phases to test, optimise etc, that's why expert help is needed so we do not waste our time, effort and energy getting things done the wrong way.
We are eager to learn and work with creative people... know one thing or 2 about marketing but no experts :)
All graphic design is done in-house by us, so we have a bit of an eye for creatives, which will help the project from the get go...
Budgeting the creatives/ ads/ costs and understanding the returns is key at this stage (as it's our 1st project within e-commerce space) and we need to have a clear picture of what investment is needed prior to the launch.
