Shopify Service Site Manager Needed
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I'm in search of a dedicated website manager for my Shopify-based service promotion website. The ideal candidate should have a firm grasp on managing e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify, and have experience with video content handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee website operations to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Implement and manage service promotion strategies through the site.
- Handle video content publishing: uploading, optimizing for SEO, and ensuring high-quality playback.
- Oversee customer support to ensure satisfaction and timely resolution of inquiries.
- Regularly update site content including blogs, service descriptions, and FAQs.
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to website performance and user experience.
Necessary Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in website management, specifically on Shopify.
- Familiarity with e-commerce and service promotion.
- Prior experience with video content management is a plus.
- SEO knowledge is a must.
This position requires part-time involvement. Focus on developing and improving the following features: marketplace. The primary goal is to increase conversions through effective site management and promotion strategies. Familiarity with email marketing platforms is necessary. The expected timeline for achieving the project's goals is 3-6 months. The primary goal is to enhance user experience by optimizing site design and functionality. Site content updates and performance reviews will be conducted weekly. Video content will primarily consist of service tutorials. This position allows flexible working hours. The expected availability for support and issue resolution is as and when needed.
