Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Product Researcher: Identify trending products and potential best-sellers for our store to ensure profitability.
- Ad Specialist: Run targeted social media ads, creating campaigns that drive traffic and conversions.
- Store Manager: Oversee daily operations, managing orders, customer inquiries, and ensuring the site runs smoothly.
- Sales Booster: Implement strategies to boost sales as we grow, possibly through upselling, cross-selling, or other techniques.
Compensation:
I offer a fixed rate with commission as our sales increase and the brand grows. It's a collaborative effort where everyone's success benefits the team.
