Setup, run & monitor email campaign & provide measureable outcome

I have gathered email address of my target customers (test preparation institutes) and I need an expert who will 1. create email templates - You would be writing effective email templates or use off-the-shelf & customize for our purposes
2. setup email marketing automation (using Mailchimp, SendInBlue or similar platform)
3. measure the effectiveness of the campaign and tweak
4. set monthly goal (number of customers who visit our site, number of customers who asked for demo of our product, number of customers who signed up)
5. Write 4-6 informational blogs each month about our platform, SAT & ACT exams, industry trends etc.
6. Create images & other digital assets whenever required for campaigns or blogs

You would need to take END-TO-END responsibility for email campaign with goals/outcomes in mind.
