Key Responsibilities:
- Client Communication and Support: You will be the main point of contact for our clients. Your task will be to ensure their needs are met and their expectations exceeded. Exceptional interpersonal skills is a must.
- Project Management and Coordination: Overseeing project timelines, resources and delivery will be part of your daily routine. Prior experience in project management is highly beneficial.
- Analytics and Reporting: You will be responsible for interpreting campaign results and providing clients with clear, concise reports. Strong analytical skills and experience with data interpretation is crucial.
Industry Exposure:
Our clients predominantly come from the Home Services, Medical, and Lead Generation sectors. Familiarity with these industries will be a significant advantage.
