As part of our growth strategy, we are looking to enhance our online presence and require a professional advertising agency with expertise in digital marketing and customer relationship management.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Marketing:
Manage and grow our social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) by creating engaging content, running ads, and interacting with the community to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
Google Ads:
Create and manage Google Ads campaigns, ensuring high conversion rates and ROI. Monitor analytics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize performance.
Video Content Creation:
Produce high-quality video content that aligns with our branding and marketing goals. This includes promotional videos, how-to guides, and customer testimonials.
CRM Integration:
Assist in integrating email applications with our CRM system to streamline our marketing efforts and enhance customer service capabilities.
Customer Service:
Provide support in managing customer inquiries and feedback through our digital platforms, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a digital marketing agency with a strong portfolio in Social media marketing, Google Ads, and video content creation.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to produce clear, persuasive, and grammatically correct content.
Experience in CRM integration, particularly with email applications.
Ability to provide strategic recommendations based on analytics and performance metrics.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
