Searching for a growth expert to establish a community for my event-app

I need a growth partner who can bring in at least 100 new, genuinely active MeetMap users within the next month. “Active” means they come back on their own, create events, and engage with others—not just one-off sign-ups.
My core audience is local communities, so I’m especially interested in outreach on local community forums.
