Search Engine Advertising Expert Needed

I am in dire need of someone who possesses a deep understanding and expertise in creating and managing efficient search engine advertising campaigns aimed at driving traffic to a website. The main goal of this project is to generate increased website visitation numbers.
The specific advertising objective for this project will be:
- Driving Website Traffic
The primary platform we will be focusing on will be:
- Search Engines, so proficiency with Google Ads, Bing Ads and similar platforms is a must.
The targeted demographic for the advertising campaign will be:
- Seniors (56+), thus experience or understanding the behavior and needs of this demographic is greatly advantageous.
Expertise in using SEO tools and an understanding of analytics to monitor campaign progress is desirable. This person should be a quick thinker, have a creative mindset that transcends the expected, and be able to employ innovative methods to reach the demographics we're seeking.
