Sales expert

I run a kick ass design agency, chrispdesign.com
and we are looking to hire 2 freelancers on a commission basis for selling our high ticket items.

We will be running a series of traffic and lead generating marketing strategies (seo paid ads etc), direcly and automated into a sales lead form, and instant messages in Slack.

Id want the sales member to:
Speak fluent English
(option 2 is another sales rep Speaks fluent spanish)
Ring the lead within 3 minutes.
Show your history of closing deals and experience.
Show me that you understand how to overcome clients objections.
You will need to have an understanding of digital marketing services

Small admin works will include, updating the prospecting pipeline, followup emails and Automated SMS,
updating the CRM form etc.

I have all the documents you need and Lucid chart brainstorm to visually see what we are looking to do on the call etc.

I will be here at all times to help, but really if you are the expert I want you to bring the heat!
